Introducing: The Pickles, Preserves, and Poetry Box!
The Pickling Poet has proudly served hundreds of customers since our launch in May 2018. Aside from our online presence, we have made appearances at craft and food markets all throughout NYC and Long Island. Along the way, we have showcased some of the brightest emerging poetic voices of today through our literary journal, Brine.
Our Pickles, Preserves, and Poetry box is the next natural evolution of our business. Our subscription box is perfect for the pickle enthusiast and/or writer in your life. Each box comes packed with one (of each) of our many varieties of artisanal pickles, jams, and vegan honey's—all with flavors inspired by cuisines from all around the world. From curry pickles, to apple pie jam, to spicy chili vegan honey, all of our flavors push past the boundaries of the ordinary and provide a unique experience. All of our food is 100% vegan as well. Each box also contains exclusive box-only poems that you won't find anywhere else, and either a literary journal or chapbook from emerging poets. Be on the look out for surprise gifts from us and local handmade crafts from our vegan merchant friends as well!

Pickles inspired by regional cuisines from around the world - From curry pickles to cajun okra, to classic dill and garlic, all our flavors push past the ordinary to provide a unique culinary experience.

Handmade jams that are anything but ordinary. Our jams are seasonal, from Apple Pie to Peppermint to strawberry and citrus, these aren't the plain old jams you'd find in a supermarket.

100% Bee-Free Vegan Apple Honey! These honey's are made with pure apple juice, organic vegan sugar, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. As with all of our products, these come in a variety of exciting flavors as well.
